Noru Kote Fingerless Leather Gloves

Kote is a Japanese word for hand armor, originating from the era of the Japanese Samurai. Today, Kote is used by kendoka (people who practice kendo) to protect their hands from the shinai, a bamboo sword. While modern Kote have fingers, traditional samurai Kote were fingerless for a better grip on their sword. Similarly, our Kote Fingerless Leather Gloves provide an excellent grip for various activities and pair perfectly with our IKA CCW Leather Vest. Crafted from soft, supple goatskin, these gloves provide a luxurious feel that’s built to last, ensuring durability without sacrificing comfort. The fingerless design maximizes dexterity, allowing you to easily manage controls and gear while riding. Perforations on the top hand enhance airflow, keeping your hands cool and comfortable, especially during warmer rides. For added safety, injection-molded knuckles offer robust protection against impacts without hindering movement. Integrated finger pulls make removing the gloves straightforward and quick, while palm overlays increase durability for regular use. The hook and loop wrist closure allows you to achieve the perfect fit, securing the gloves comfortably for any ride.
