14-day Return or Exchange Policy

The customer has the right to return or exchange any product within 14 days of the purchase date. However, the product must be in its original condition, with the same packaging and box, and not used. The tags or stickers on clothes, helmets, and purchased products must not be removed.

Products Considered Used

If the customer tries any product while riding, the product is considered used.

Return or Exchange Conditions

Products can be returned or exchanged only if the purchase invoice is available.

Returning or Exchanging a Used Product

If the product is used or opened, the customer has the right to return or exchange it within 14 days of the purchase date if it has a manufacturing defect that prevents its use or threatens the customer’s safety.

Non-Returnable Products

Face and head masks cannot be returned or exchanged for the safety of customers.

Bluetooth Headphones

Bluetooth headphones cannot be returned or exchanged after opening and installing them in the customer’s helmet. They can only be returned or exchanged in case of manufacturing defects and within 14 days of the purchase date.

Helmets

Any purchased helmets can’t be returned or exchanged if the face shield sticker is removed.

Sale Items

Products on sale or purchased during the sales period cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Exceptions to the Return and Refund Policy

The following are exceptions to the return and refund policy:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Products that are not in their original packaging.
  • Products that are missing tags or stickers.
  • Products that have been purchased from a third-party seller.
  • Products that are not eligible for return or refund according to the manufacturer’s policy.

 

How to Return or Exchange a Product

To return or exchange a product, the customer must follow these steps:

  1. Contact the customer service department to request a return authorization.
  2. Package the product in its original packaging and include the purchase invoice.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided by the customer service department.

 

How to Get a Refund

Once the product has been received and inspected, the customer will receive a refund in the same payment method used to purchase the product. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the product.
