Constructed with an advanced polycarbonate composite shell, this helmet is lightweight, impact-resistant, and certified to meet the latest ECE 22.06 safety standards.
Available in three outer shell sizes, the EXO-520 EVO AIR ELAN Helmet offers a tailored fit for every rider, improving both comfort and aerodynamics. The integrated Speedview™ inner sun visor is treated with anti-fog coating on both sides and is easily replaceable for maximum convenience in varying light conditions.
Equipped with a Pinlock® Maxvision-ready visor (insert included), the helmet ensures clear visibility in all weather. The Pinlock® system creates a sealed layer of air to prevent condensation, even with significant temperature differences inside and outside the helmet.
The Ellip-Tec® II visor system allows for fast, tool-free visor changes, while providing extra locking strength to keep the visor secure in case of a fall. Inside, the helmet features Kwikwick®2 interior padding—soft, hypoallergenic, fully removable, and washable—with a side padding design specially optimized for riders who wear glasses.
To enhance fit and comfort, the cheek pads include the AirFit™ inflation system, allowing for on-the-fly adjustments. The advanced ventilation system includes front air intakes on the top and chin bar, with a rear exhaust vent integrated into the spoiler for efficient airflow and internal cooling. Additional air vents boost anti-fog performance, while the built-in chin guard helps reduce wind noise.
The micrometric closure system allows quick, secure fastening and easy removal.
